Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of laimora.com (the “Site”) and the RigaReels social casino experience (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Entertainment-only; no real-money gambling

• The Service is a social/virtual casino for entertainment only. It is not a real-money gambling service.
• No real-money bets, cash-out, or prizes of real-world value are offered.
• Virtual chips/credits and virtual items have no cash value, are non-redeemable, and non-transferable.

5) Virtual items & purchases

Any paid features (if offered) provide digital content/service access only. Purchases are final except where Latvian/EU consumer law grants mandatory rights (including applicable rules on digital content). Virtual items may be modified, rebalanced, or removed to maintain the Service.

6) Intellectual property

The Service, software, visuals, text, trademarks, and content are owned by RigaReels SIA or licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service as intended.

7) Availability; changes

We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8) Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Riga, Latvia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
