Responsible Gambling
Guidance for players in Latvia (LV). Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. 18+ only.
Set limits (time & money)
- Choose a fixed budget per day/week/month and do not exceed it.
- Set a session time limit and take regular breaks (use alarms).
- Only play with money you can afford to lose; never chase losses.
- Virtual chips/points still affect spending habits—apply the same limits.
- Avoid gambling when stressed, tired, or under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
Warning signs
- Spending more time/money than planned or hiding play from others.
- Trying to win back losses (“chasing”).
- Borrowing money, selling possessions, or missing bills due to gambling.
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or unable to stop.
- Gambling impacts work, study, relationships, or mental health.
Cooling-off & self-exclusion (Latvia)
If you need a break, consider a cooling-off period (temporary pause) or self-exclusion (longer restriction). In Latvia, self-exclusion can be requested via the national register.
